I kept running into the monsters from the Netherworld haunted house at Dragoncon. I was so happy when I ran into this guy as I actually looked like a hobbit next to it.
I had to do a bit of photomanipulation on this as the things head got chopped off in the shot. I've only had experience messing with lighting but I like how it turned out anyway.

edit: I made some changes to the picture after getting some critique on it. The cloak was blown to bright so I tried to tone it down and also brighten the background around the monsters head so it could be seen better, and blurred the background some more. I'm pleased with how it turned out.
